By accessing the Scientific Microservices Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and API endpoints via a published API key, you agree to the following simplified terms. We believe in transparency and scientific integrity.

1. Usage Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive right to use our scientific analysis tools for any legal purpose. Whether for commercial research, academic study, or personal projects, you may utilize the endpoints as you see fit without restriction on the output's application. You are entirely responsible for the protection and use of your key, including their use by agents.

2. Scientific Accuracy & Guarantee

        Our Guarantee: We warrant only that our computational methods and algorithmic implementations strictly align with the mathematical formulas and documentation published on our official website.
    

While we ensure the math is right, the interpretation of results and the suitability of any specific analysis for your unique data remains the sole responsibility of the user. Tools are provided "as-is."

3. Data Privacy & Volatility

Your data privacy is baked into our architecture:

No Payload Logging: We do not log, store, or inspect the data (payload) you send to our endpoints.
Usage Metrics: We only log metadata related to usage (e.g., timestamp, API key, and endpoint hit) for billing and rate-limiting purposes.
Memory Erasure: Each request is processed in an isolated environment. Once the analysis is complete and the response is sent, the container is shut down, effectively wiping all transient memory.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to reliance on the accuracy of the analysis beyond the mathematical proofs provided.
